MYSORE style yoga classes support yoga practitioners of all levels with developing and evolving a self-practice. It’s done with guidance, personalized attention, and hands-on adjustments.
Flexible start time, come and go as you please.
MYSORE style yoga class is a way to develop your yoga practice with personalized guidance & adjustments.
Class begins at 6:30 AM with chanting and pranayama. 7 AM asana practice. If you are new to the practice please check in with Colee when you arrive. You can start at any time and no experience is necessary. For those who have an established practice, jump on in. Colee will give verbal and physical adjustments with permission. She can also advise you on how to further develop your practice. Questions and curiosities welcomed and encouraged. Closing prayer is at 8:30 AM. Please come clean with mat, hand towel, and mysore rug or towel.
Please note, drop-ins are welcomed for those with an established practice. If you have no idea where to begin but want to start developing a yoga practice, then we will start at the beginning, no problem! Folks who have a practice but are looking for adjustments, guidance, and community then feel free to drop in by registering for a drop-in or a pass.
On full and new moon days, in lieu of self-led morning practice, Colee will lead Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations), as well as meditation, breathing, and postural practice. All with the tone of restoration, relaxation, & rejuvenation. Everyone welcome. 6:30am-8:30am
