yoga

Focus is on exploring the body's range of motion, developing breath capacity and unraveling the external body to the self within. Core of the work is guiding the individual in developing a personal home practice. Yoga studies are based in Krishnamacharya Yoga with focus on the Ashtanga & Iyengar lineages. We look forward to meeting you and helping you on the path.

Highly-specialized manual therapy techniques are used and designed to correct pain and movement dysfunction. More benefits: improved blood circulation, increased levels of energy & vitality, increased ease & efficiency of movement, & reduced or complete elimination of pain.

“Enlightenment is a destructive process. It has nothing to do with becoming better or being happier Enlightenment is the crumbling away of untruth. It’s seeing through the facade of pretense. It’s the complete eradication of everything we imagined to be true.”
