Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Mysore Style Self Practice
6:30 AM CHANTING, PRANAYAMA, SITTING
7:00 AM Class begins at 6:30 AM with chanting and pranayama. 7 AM asana practice. You can start at any time and no experience is necessary. If you are new to the practice please check in with Colee when you arrive. For those who have an established practice, jump on in. Colee will give verbal and physical adjustments with permission. She can also advise you on how to further develop your practice. Questions and curiosities welcomed and encouraged. Closing prayer is at 8:30 AM. Please come clean with mat, hand towel, and mysore rug or towel. MYSORE style yoga classes support yoga practitioners of all levels with developing and evolving a self-practice. It’s done with guidance, personalized attention, and hands-on adjustments.

Thursday 5:30-6:45 PM FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA & MOVEMENT This all-levels class involves study of both range of motion & stillness in postures. Root, witness & experience breathing as a means of staying present, mindful, & alert. This is a great class to unwind from the day and give valuable attention to the body; to the vehicle! All asanas (postures) & mobility exercises are taught from the foundation up.

Sunday 8-9:30 AM PRIMARY SERIES
ASHTANGA YOGA : opening chants & pranayama at 7:45 AM All levels! And recommended for those who want to breathe & move in a meditative way. It’s a deep cleaning type of series.

Led Primary Series, Yoga Chikitsa (Body Therapy), aims to deepen our understanding of vinyasa (movement & breath placed in a special way), tristhana (the internal forms of the practice: breath, dristi, asana, mudra), rhythm, and community. It infuses practitioners with insight, energy, and inspiration. And heat will build internally and sweat will pour. Internal massage will happen from the breath, movement, and asana shapes. And then deep rest.

This class is movement meditation rooted in breath and stoked by awareness. Modifications and variations are offered. Sunday class is led and all levels are welcome and encouraged.
