The internal forms of practice are breathing, drsti, bandha, and mudra. The yoga asana practice involves places of attention or action, called Tristhana. Ujjayi pranayama (breathing system), asanas (postures), dristhi (looking place), and mudra (seal, gesture) are Tristhana.
We cultivate a relationship with the internal practices with time and patience.
We deepen our understanding of the internal forms of the practice through... practice!
These forms are performed in conjunction with each other purifying the nervous system, the body, and mind.
There will be discussion, perhaps note taking if you like, and yoga asanas practice.
