No experience needed—just a willingness to show up, move, breathe, and explore. You’ll leave with enough knowledge to practice with more confidence—on your own or in a class—whether as a stepping stone or a foundation to build on.
Here’s what we’ll do:
Set the tone – open the space with breath and mantra
Learn how to focus – explore key elements of Ashtanga-based practice and its vinyasa movement patterns
Breathe – stay grounded, move with grace, and challenge your edges by being connected to your breath
Build heat from within - move with intention, sweat, release tension, and welcome a good cleansing and massage for your body and its systems
Find what works for you – discover variations that make sense for your body today
Seal the practice – learn how to close and rest properly
