15-min yoga practice

Do this series: when you want to wake up the body! in the morning, on a firm bed upon waking, on the ground, the earth after sitting for long time, after travel before yoga or other movement practices this sequence is a general warm-up for the body and can be practice by most everyone. I learned this sequence from Aadil Palkhivala who modified it from the one taught in the Bihar School of Yoga in East India. May this be a nourishing practice for you, may the movements become known in your body so that the understanding deepens. please take 2-5 minutes to rest the body and integrate the practice and its simple goodness.

28-min gentle yoga & movement practice
Focus is on deepening relationship with the spine and some of its movements while releasing tension from the whole body. Mind is consistently (re)directed to the breath; its flow, the pit of the abdomen & upper pallet, while doing the movements & postures. Gaining awareness; it's done through practice. The consistent visitation to you & the container daily. May this find you curious and sitting with the senses tuned to the stream of breath, ready to observe & listen to the responses from within. all levels. all love.
