Mysore
Self led with personalized guidance
Mysore format:
6:30 am - practice begins with chanting and pranayama.
7:00 am - asana practice begins.
wednesday -
Fundaments of yoga & movement
This all-level class involves study of both range of motion & stillness in postures.
All postures (asanas) & mobility exercises are taught from the foundation up.
