Core of the work is guiding the individual in developing a personal home practice. Yoga studies are based in Krishnamacharya Yoga with focus on the Ashtanga & Iyengar lineages. The main goal is to share a passion for health and wellness with others through balancing the central channel of the body. Highly-specialized manual therapy techniques are used and designed to correct pain and movement dysfunction. More benefits: improved blood circulation, increased levels of energy & vitality, increased ease & efficiency of movement, & reduced or complete elimination of pain.

Sunday -
Primary Series

All levels!
For those who want to breathe & move in a meditative way.

  • Led Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Chikitsa.

    This class is movement meditation rooted in breath and stoked by awareness.

Tuesday & Thursday -
Mysore

Self led with personalized guidance
Mysore format:

  • 6:30 am - practice begins with chanting and pranayama.

  • 7:00 am - asana practice begins.

wednesday -
Fundaments of yoga & movement

This all-level class involves study of both range of motion & stillness in postures.

  • All postures (asanas) & mobility exercises are taught from the foundation up.

  • GREAT class for everyone!

Workshops in November
Chanting, Shoulder Mobility & Stability, Hips & Splits, Back Bends & Twists

All levels and all hearts welcome. Space available now. Dive in and experience chanting, learn about your shoulders, play with the big leap of the split, Hanamanasana, open through back bends of the upper back, and twists to release tension.
